How to Make Magic Mushroom Iced Tea

Ingredients:

• 1–2 grams of dried psilocybin mushrooms (adjust for potency)
• 1-2 tea bags of your choice (green tea, black tea, hibiscus, or herbal work well)
• 1 cup hot water (not boiling, around 160–175°F / 70–80°C)
• 1 tbsp lemon juice (enhances psilocybin extraction)
• 1 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice (optional)
• 1/2 cup ice cubes
• 1/2 cup cold water
• Lemon slices, mint, or berries for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Mushrooms: Finely grind or chop the mushrooms to maximize extraction.
2. Steep the Tea & Mushrooms: Place the tea bag and mushrooms in a cup or teapot. Pour hot (not boiling) water over them and let steep for 10–15 minutes.
